IN-PERSON EVENTS

How We are Safely Delivering In-Person Workshops/Trainings During the Times of COVID

We prioritize the health and well being of our participants, trainers and assisting staff. We also hold the value and importance of learning with others in-person to deepen a somatic sensibility and facilitate embodied learning and transformation. Given both of those values and considerations, we are now offering select in-person training responsibly. As such, we are committed to the following protocols when holding in-person events:

OUR COVID SAFE PROTOCOLS

  • We will only deliver in-person workshops/trainings if the local and state protocols for re-opening and physical distancing allow it. Suggested physical distancing, space quotas, vaccination mandates and mask-wearing regulations will be followed.

  • You may be requested to fill in a Covid-screening questionnaire prior to the event.

  • You may be requested to have a negative Rapid Antigen Test result prior to the entry of the event.

  • If we must cancel an in-person training due to COVID, all participants will be offered a full refund, a transfer to an alternative online livestream or a future course date with Reconnect Studio.

  • If you register and then decide that you need to cancel your registration due to COVID, you will receive a full refund, a transfer to future course date, or a credit to be applied to other courses with Reconnect Studio.

  • If you have pre-existing immune health conditions, we recommend the highest level of precaution before deciding to attend.

  • All trainers, staff and participants will need to check into the training venue by scanning the venue’s QR code and providing vaccination certificate or medical exemptions if the vaccination mandate continues.

  • All trainers, staff and participants will be asked to wash or sanitize hands at all breaks. We will provide sanitizer and washing stations. We also recommend that you bring your own sanitizer

  • Door knobs and shared surfaces will be sanitized at every break.

  • At this point, masks will be worn at times when physical distancing cannot be observed. Please bring a mask. We will also provide a mask if you need one.

  • We will keep windows and doors open, as the temperature allows. A portion of the training may take place outside in the open air. Bring layers.

  • Please bring your own reusable cups for tea breaks. There will be no communal mugs or disposable cups provided. We will not have our usual shared snack station.
