RECONNECT CIRCLE
Last Saturday of May, June and July
Room 204 Balam Balam Place Brunswick
with Wai Ying Tham
What is Reconnect Circle?
Reconnect Circle is a community gathering for people who want unhurried time to slow down, listen inward, and come back to what genuinely matters — in the company of others doing the same.
Through somatic movement, yoga nidra, and reflective self-inquiry, we create a simple, grounded space for deep listening. To yourself. To your community.
No prior experience needed. All bodies, all backgrounds, all levels of familiarity with these practices are welcome. Why Join me?
Whether you’re seeking to deepen your mindfulness practice, heal from past experiences, or take a break from the chaos of life, REST WITH CARE Retreat is the perfect sanctuary for personal growth and renewal. Don’t miss this opportunity to invest in yourself and emerge transformed, inspired, and fully present.
Who Is Reconnect Circle For?
You don’t need a meditation practice, a yoga background, or any experience with reflective work. You need to be a human who wants a couple of honest hours with yourself and some unhurried time with community. That’s it.
Join us for an unforgettable experience that nurtures the soul!
How We Gather
Somatic Movement
We begin by arriving in the body. Slow, self-led movement guided by breath and sensation — not performance. This is about releasing what you’ve been carrying and showing up present.
Yoga Nidra
You’ll rest fully supported while a facilitator guides you into a state of deep conscious relaxation. It’s here, in the quiet, that things often become clearer.
Reflective Self-Inquiry
We close with time and space to sit with what’s true for you. Gentle prompts are offered. You might write, sit in silence, or share with the group. Nothing is required except your presence.
What to Bring?
Mat, Bolster/ cushions/pillows, blankets and dressed in comfortable clothing for moving (Lycra not needed).
Assistance for props can be organised before the event.

Wai Ying Tham
I am radical about resting back to ourselves. Meditation and restorative yoga provided me a way back to home even whilst going through health challenges - breast cancer and more recently anemia and perimenopause.
I am passionate about how to feel free in our bodies. our bodies are the vehicle of action. An easeful and supple body is one that has choices, hence freedom.

WHAT OTHERS SAY ABOUT WAI YING
" Restorative Yoga has become a regular personal practice for me after attending for many years with Wai Ying. The practice itself is very healing for my mind, body and spirit but it is the personal teaching of Wai Ying that keeps me coming back! Wai Ying's care and kindness towards the participants builds trust and comfort in the experience. Her passion, dedication and professionalism to the practice is inspiring. The practice is important to me in 'resetting' my inner balance from daily stressors. I leave every restorative class with a sense of calm, rejuvenation and an uplifted spirit.” S. Sky Essendon
""Wai Ying Tham's somatic movement class left me deeply relaxed and with increased comfort in my joints. I could feel clear change in the postural and movement habits I identified at the beginning of class. Her caring, warmth and clear instruction created a good space for exploring, discovering, taking care of myself through these effective techniques."
